How I’ve Brought $6,000,000,000 Worth of Real Estate Developers Willing to Buy SAAS and Consulting Product With ROAS of 1800% in 6 Months
Previously, I mentioned that we obtained 1200 leads from development owners with a real estate portfolio of $6,000,000,000.
We then handpicked 15 of these leads, accepting them as our initial B2B portfolio clients.
Now, I'll introduce you to part of the system we built for them.
My Goals in This Project
First, I’ve had 3 main goals in this project:
- Build Brand and Positioning for our platform axe-investment.com
- Attract international investors with budgets $300K - $3M through paid ads
- Improve brands and presentation materials for our portfolio clients, so they get higher sales conversions
However, after attending the first 30 meetings with the sales department, I've come to realize that our developers lack strong sales skills. We stand to lose money if we don't address this issue.

- Hire world-class agents experienced in working with UHNWI
- Build a training and onboarding system for these agents
- Upgrade the sales system (scripts, SOPs, follow-ups, etc.)
Step 1 - Understand the Client
Firstly, we need to deeply understand the client. That's why we've spent 30 hours talking to real estate investors who have previously bought properties from our clients.
We've gained key insights into their decision-making process when purchasing:
- The percentages they are looking for
- Offers that make them suspicious
